Environmental (E) Training
Environmental training equips teams with the technical grounding to identify, measure, and manage direct environmental impact. Drawing on over twenty years' work across Mining & Minerals, Heavy Industry, and Agro- and Forestry sectors, our programmes cover earth, soil, water and air quality assessment, environmental permitting (EIA, ESIA), and audit processes. Carbon-specific training addresses Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions measurement, Science-Based Targets (SBTs), and net-zero pathway design. We also cover nature-based solutions, biodiversity conservation, waste reduction and hazardous waste compliance, and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for circular product design, all benchmarked against UK, EU, Australian, South African, and US regulatory frameworks.
Sustainability (S) Training
Sustainability training focuses on strategy and disclosure, how environmental performance translates into reporting, finance, and long-term business resilience. Programmes cover ESG reporting frameworks (TCFD, SFDR, EU Taxonomy), climate risk and adaptation strategy, and Sustainable Finance principles including IFC Performance Standards and Equator Principles. We help teams build phased transition plans with credible, Paris-aligned targets, and support Sustainable Stock Exchange (SSE) reporting requirements for listed entities. Sustainable supply chain training covers green procurement, ethical sourcing, and sustainable logistics.
Governance (G) Training
Governance training builds the institutional and compliance capability to make E and S commitments credible and auditable. This covers ESG governance structures, ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems, environmental permitting and statutory reporting obligations, and risk management frameworks including double-materiality assessment. We also train teams in stakeholder engagement, internal and external ESG communication, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) governance, the accountability layer that ties environmental and sustainability performance to board-level oversight.
